Can I create multiple leagues under one account?
Yes, you can create multiple leagues under one organization.
How are Home and Away team scores displayed?
The Away team’s score is always displayed on the left, and the Home team’s score is always displayed on the right.
How can I enable people to add games to the schedule?
Co-administrators have complete control of your league information and can create games to the schedule. Send GOM the emails of your co administrators and we will complete this process for you.
How can I import my schedule?
Under Schedules & Scores, there is an Import Schedule option that allows for an Excel document to be uploaded.
How does score reporter work and how do I receive a pin number?
- Navigate to ‘Advanced Settings’ on your league page.
- The Score Reporter pin can be found at the top of that page.
- Load the GOM app and enter the league # or name for your respective league
- Go to the league info tab and favourite your league (highlight the star)
- A text box will appear asking you about push notifications from your league convener. You can choose from the following options:
- receive notifications for league announcements only (I.E. game cancellations, venue changes, time changes etc.).
- game results and announcements only (I.E. the Cardinals defeat the Bears 5-1).
- disable notifications
- If you select game results and announcements, you can choose any team(s) and receive game updates and results. *Note, do not select all teams in your league unless you want constant updates from every team to your mobile device.*
- Enter your pin # and unlock the score feature.
- Go to schedule and scores tab and input the data for the respective game. Standings will update automatically.
How do I access the login screen?
The login URL is http://app.gameonmobile.com/login. Please ensure there is no ‘www.’ added before the URL.
I’m an existing GOM user. How do I add another tournament/league?
Log onto gameonbmoile.com, highlight your organization name at the top toolbar. Hit manage leagues then add the new league.
I’m experiencing speed issues with loading schedules.
Please check your internet connection for speed issues. Especially from mobile devices, there may be a problem with your wireless or cellular connection.
Why can’t my players find the league information when they search for it on the GOM app?
You need to change your league viewing from private to public under league settings. When players search your league, they will now find the league information.
